Wel this is a discussion board right? I would offer the Jags just short of a king’s Ransom for Ramsey.

And, if things go south this year with losses, and/or Brees not making it back in time to save things- then moving Teddy, if necessary for a top 3 player at his position is not so dumb.

Not saying things are going south, but the sky is cloudy atm.
 
Unfortunately, it seems like too many players are asking for a trade as soon as they are not happy with their situation. Hopefully the teams start saying enough is enough.

Before, teams were able to scare them and say - ok we are trading you to Cleveland. But they can’t even use that excuse anymore?

I’m sorry but for All-Pro Ramsey teamed with Lattimore . His swagger , mentality and level of play makes us that much better. I would literally trade a 1st and a player or extra draft pick (4-5th) for Ramsey .

If it’s a possibility you take him other thing I’d take over a CB in the draft is QB and WR or OL in the first. Brees last years with 2 yrs of Ramsey and Lattimore and our DLine still in tact would be Sick!!

Apple has to go he’s not the answer I honestly think he’s so bad he makes Williams worse, because he’s to worried about his side the field and leaves Lattimore completely one on one
 
Make it happen loomis. The only issue will be his impending contract.

What I meant is that if things go really South for the Saints this year that #1 may be a pick high enough to get a really good rookie QB. We don't know how Drew will be this year and we can't just pencil him in to come back in 6 weeks and everything will be fine for the next two years. And I really don't think we can just get a top CB and plug-n-play and suddenly expect great results. From everything I've seen, it's our scheme and our safties not getting into position or over the top when necessary that's the problem. I don't think Ramsey would fix that.

I agree however Payton isn’t tanking this defense will win games alone. We built this team so this we’ll see how far it goes and works! Yet I do believe Ramsey makes things instantly better , I believe and have voiced tht PJ needs to be moved to SS or bench him . That leaves Ramsey,Lattimore, Johnson or Robinson. Paired with the Williams brothers ? or leave Bell as the SS and Williams as the hybrid 3 that makes this defense better .
 
They would have to cover his 15-million dollar contract with Jacksonville. not going to happen. Unless I miss understood.
