On the one hand cancellations are a normal part of cons. But I do feel like BEC is under more pressure to deliver after the last minute date move and they can I'll afford too many of these from a PR standpoint.
Yep. With any and all cancellations, people are going to get that creeping thought in their head of, "Hmmm, I wonder if this is about to collapse?" I know that thought popped into my head, at least toward the back of my mind.
