Go see your doctor. Or the ER if you’re symptomatic. How bad would it suck if your doctor said, “man, if you had come in earlier, we could have saved more of your heart”..? And you said, “well, I just kind of wanted to reflect on it and ask my buddies at SR. Someone just said it was my blood pressure.”
pro tip: impossible to tell exactly what this is just based on your post, but I’m 99.9% sure it was not your blood pressure.
