I have seen no insistence that CSP does not see Hill as a QB. But he does see value in a third-string quarterback that can do many things very well. Otherwise, he would be on the inactive list every week. Don't try to create a controversy where there is none.
I think SP will always employ this strategy going forward whether it is Hill or another jack of all trades player that is QB3, but also all the other things he can do.
