The Saints signed S DJ Swearinger and released S T.J. Green
From a bleachereport article that I try to link to but the link shows up as blank media:
The Arizona Cardinals have reportedly released starting safety D.J. Swearinger, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.
The 28-year-old had started all four games for the team this season after being claimed off waivers late in 2018, but the organization decided to make a change Monday. The Cardinals fell to 0-3-1 on the season with a 27-10 loss to the Seattle Seahawks in Week 4.
The Cardinals enter Monday ranked 29th in the NFL in points allowed and 30th in yards allowed.
Swearinger had played every snap for the team defensively in the first three games but allowed a 141.3 passer rating on 11 throws his way, according to Kyle Odegard of the team's official site. Despite his early struggles, he expected to turn things around Sunday.

Swearinger was signed to the roster after Karl Joseph was lost to the season with a Lisfranc injury that required surgery. He debuted in a 17-10 win over the Cincinnati Bengals where he generally played well, but was less effective in the three-game losing streak that followed, games in which he logged 35, 47 and 51 snaps.

I don't know about this guy, but he can play safety, has a lot of experience and it looks like we need one for now. I saw some criticisms of his vocal drawbacks (including criticizing teammate's effort, etc.) and drawing a lot of untimely penalties. It seems that he is a talented ballhawk, but his resume', at least this season, doesn't look so good.
