If we throw PI for something that is unavoidable, then we might want to just get rid of the whole NFL.

Right there is another debate. Gardner Johnson did nothing wrong in that play. He hit with his shoulder and the receiver did ducked his head down. I have seen so many personal foul call where the offensive players was the one who caused a lot of the head collision and it is always the defensive guy fault.
