Bobby Hebert said he hopes Eli Apple goes to IR

Imagine being such a bad QB that you can't even be a game manager with the Dome Patrol as your defense. Seriously, imagine it. Brooks won with a worse defense and no offensive weapons and Hebert couldn't manage to just not suck out loud with the best LB corps in NFL history.
