Ohio State vs. Clemson

Iirc, they did initially rule it a scoop and score, but it was ruled incomplete on review. Fwiw, I thought it was incomplete when I saw the play live. It was a close call imo.
The officials did the right thing by letting everything play out without blowing a whistle. I was very surprised after the review that they reversed the call and rules the play as an incomplete pass. There was no bobbling of the football, and the receiver took two full steps.

But as always, there is no real definition of what makes for a completed catch. :shrug:
