i guess it's semantics whether the 8th is 'down the road' or not
but like you admit, you're not offering data just a reasonable speculation
i guess you would want to show that shootings have remained consistent, the caliber of weapon is same/similar and a corresponding uptick in ER visits
if i'm going to speculate, i would say the post-PJ turf wars have stabilized as has the drug trade
