The OP has it right in terms of NFL ready cerebral QBs coming out of college. Peyton is the only comparison I can make in the past 20+ years of someone so ready for the NFL.

You have to remember that when these comparisons are made, it’s about them as college prospects.

For example, Walterfootball compares Burrow to Trubisky, not the NFL version, but his skill set out of college.
