The Panthers are a rebuild like Miami, so I don't see him going that direction. The Chargers need to sell tickets so I can see them going after Brady. If Tampa doesn't re-sign Winston I could see him going there. He and his agent have done a good job of picking the right spots to rebuild his rep, so I can't call it. I guess it comes down to starter money or the right fit.
