FYI -- Unemployment insurance in Louisiana pays a whopping maximum of $216 per week (49th in the country, $2 more than good ol' Mississippi), so if you are laid off in Louisiana under this bill only covers your "full salary" if you now make $816 per week or less (i.e., just over $40,000 annually).
Even in states where the normal rate is higher, the extra $600 a week still won't pay the "full salary" of a large number of workers. To represent it that way (particularly when done by a Senator from New York!) is dishonest.
