If what you said is true, this is the only way i can see it happening:
Dems: (laughing hysterically) Ok you guys put together a plan that gives money to businesses and the middle class while screwing the poor. Also, make sure businesses can do stock buybacks.
Repubs: (also laughing hysterically) and you guys block it and demand emission standards for airlines and force businesses to report diviersity statistics on things it is illegal to even pay attention to when hiring
Together: and people will be blaming the other side and wont notice when we hand over all their tax money to Wall St.! (While bathing in their kickback money)
