COVID-19 Outbreak (Update: More than 2.9M cases and 132,313 deaths in US)

The sad part isnt that Trump is really wrong...its just idealistic crap. What is getting in the way of this being over this quickly is "us".

As bad as our leaders have been, "we" are what is making this worse by not doing what this thread has been saying to do from the beginning
But when certain "leaders" and media have been alternatively downplaying the situation, then taking it "seriously," and now saying that while it's serious, it's not serious enough to vigorously practice social distancing, is it really any surprise when "we" aren't all on the same page on what we need to do? "We" are getting inconsistent and mixed messages from leadership, so I'm not sure why you would put more blame on "us" while absolving our "leaders" who, after all, are supposed to, you know, LEAD.
