COVID-19 Outbreak (Update: More than 2.9M cases and 132,313 deaths in US)

I wonder if I'll get credit for my twins born last December. I haven't yet filed my 2019 taxes, so if they just pull from 2018, I won't get the $1000 for them. Wonder if they take into account newborns.
