Not to be nit-picky, but I'd like to know Trump's definition of "by far" then.

1265 difference in 359,161 tests.

Meh, there's plenty of things I criticize Trump on, but this is not that bad. Basically he's saying we've ramped up our testing capacity over the past week, which is definitely true.

This is a good thing, and I hope our testing capacity continues to expand exponentially. I'd love to get to the point where we can test every American 2 or 3 times a week.
