Tonight I smoked...

I wish but no, I had money and I did crawfish fried rice yesterday with crawfish boudin and I wanted to ride that cooking wave tonight. The conecuh is one of my favorite sausages and I haven't had it in years. I rarely have andouille as well along with alligator so it all just came together kind of perfectly.

I had some andouille with my eggs an hour ago. I get plenty of gator sausage at work. I love the stuff

Orions was the only other post I saw of that sort today. So I just figured you saw his butt, it made you hungry but then you remembered you were more of a sausage guy.
