Flying into DFW. Anyone have recent experience, since Abbott imposed his mandate, for Louisiana residents?

We have a friend that flew in from Chicago, which is on the same quarantine rules. They had her fill out a form that included the address she will be at and police have gone to the house twice to make sure she was there in the last 5 days.
