I like a confident, self-assured QB that's comfortable in any situation. All CEO's are, and that's what a QB should be, the team CEO. Of course the coaches and scouts have to find out what this is about, and go into it with their eyes wide open. Confident and even a little cocky is good, quirky is usually bad.
