I agree with you, OP. I don't really like any of the other QBs. Herbert is garbage, Fromm's ceiling is Brad Johnson, and Love is super raw.
Tua if healthy is pretty can't-miss. Even Burrow has some questions based on his very small sample size of top level performance that all came from a Big-XII style spread offense (with no snaps under center).
This is a bad year to need a QB.
