Covid19 outside of Louisiana
I'm in Northwest Indiana.
7 midwestern states created a pact to coordinate when, and how, to re-open.
My county has been hit hard. We have the second most cases in the state and we're not really testing. Financially, the virus plus the oil price war is devastating our local economy.
The good news is that the state has 75% of its ventilators available though they may not be where they're needed.
