A couple late round prospects

I like to look around at some game tape and highlights of small school guys just for kicks . A couple I like that stand out to me . First would be Robert Hunt out of Louisiana . Played RT big guy 6'5 330 pounds , pretty nimble for his size so alot of teams have him as a RT , I can see him as a RG for what we like to do on offense . I have seen several projections on him as a Guard / Tackle . The Saints like lineman late I think he could be one to watch on day 3 .
I also like Logan Wilson LB out of Wyoming . 6'2 250lbs . This guy has the tools and make up to be a very solid player in the NFL . Linebackers are very hard to scout , so many early round bust , guys that had the size and speed but no instincts . Logan ran 4.63 not fast but on tape he stands out , I like the production too . 100 + tackles for the last 3 seasons , 10 picks , 7 sacks , 4 forced fumbles . Guys is a" football player " I like the potential he has .

I've read that Robert Hunt is rated as a top 5 interior lineman in the draft. Any idea why he's projected as a day 3 pick?
