Encouraging news for the New Orleans area:



I don't necessarily think this is the case here, but one worry I have about the guidelines for re-opening, and its terms, is that some states may start "cooking the books" a little.

Does anyone find it strange that suddenly our numbers, and a lot of other places numbers started turning downward right around the time the new guidelines were announced?
