Justin Jefferson info
He had 2 years of tape. It’s clear he isnt a violent physical receiver like Thomas who can make tough catches with Dbs all over him. We’re talking about borderline pass interference type of catches Thomas does regularly and displayed in college. That’s a huge trait that makes Thomas hard to cover, tackle, and contain. It’s not a good comparison when that trait is a big part in his game. You can look at his teammate at LSU who displays that violent physical trait in Chase. It’s not something you learn at this stage, it’s something you either have or you don’t. Jefferson isn’t that type of receiver even if he shares the same space as guys like Thomas.
I never said Jefferson isn’t good but you seem to think that anything that Thomas has that he doesn’t is a negative thing ifJefferson doesn’t do well in that regard for some reason. I actually think he’s going to be 10+ year receiver. But when you talk about Michael Thomas, you’re talking about a truly unguardable receiver in the NFL. That’s rare as it is already.
