I don't see him earning that 10.5 mil this year. So he will earn the majority of it next year. That puts him in the price range of experimental starting QB in 2021.
That's not how math works. If you go to the fireworks stand and buy 1 firework for $21 and get 20 fireworks free, you didn't get 20 free fireworks. You got 21 fireworks for a dollar each.
