I havent heard a single person say that we should continue stay at home orders until a vaccine.

but im not following as close as i once did ( mental sanity in tact so far lol )

Yeah, no one is saying that. I've read that on average vaccines take up to 4 years, or longer, to go through the stages of development. That comment is purely sensationalism meant to rile up the uninformed reader.
