archdiocese has already culled some schools - this certainly doesn't cure the dynamics that made the culls necessary...
What other idea will you have then? I got a letter from my parish saying it would not affect the school.
The reality is that even without the virus, people aren't going to church and they aren't giving to the church. Schools don't operate solely off tuition. As the church shrinks in membership and temporal influence, the infrastructure will also shrink, and that means churches, schools, and hospitals shrink as well.
