How is Texas doing? My wife’s coworker that lives in Dallas says there are people everywhere and it’s hard to find anyone with a mask.

My experience has been that some people get it, but most people don't. The masks are hit-or-miss, mostly miss. And this is with the number of cases setting single day records based on testing from before Phase 1 went into effect.
