Kinda makes you realize that it is hard to keep an accurate tally in the middle of the battle.

Maybe we could pause the next time someone automatically assigns nefarious motives to other countries that report inaccurate numbers.

Well, I can understand numbers being off, but there is a difference between a data dump, which happens occasionally pretty much anywhere, and deliberately suppressing large numbers of cases and/deaths to try to make your country look better.
