Multivitamins and supplements
I take a men's multi which probably ends up getting flushed down the toilet but eh, and ZMA (Zinc, Magnesium, B6). I've noticed good results in strength gains and recovery with the ZMA. Could be placebo, who knows, but it's worked for me. And I'm not going to complain about having some extra Zinc in my system with the China Herp going around. It's also cheaper to supplement Zinc this way right now than by buying Zinc 🤫
