If the argument in favor of mandatory clothing laws is predicated on social decency, something without actual physical harm to a person, I would imagine the difficulty in arguing that actually putting others lives at risk during a pandemic, thus predicating an article of clothing be temporarily worn in public, is going to be a tough contradiction to square.
I welcome people to step up to the challenge though..Should be entertaining at least. I *states my name* understands you can’t be allowed to be naked at the local public park, but also, somehow you have zero right to tell me to wear a mask in that same public park to stop the potential spread of a deadly disease with no vaccine....
