COVID-19 Outbreak (Update: More than 2.9M cases and 132,313 deaths in US)

We aren't talking about no service. I don't think anyone denies a private company has that right to demand you wear a mask in their establishment.

I think the question is does the government have the right to require you wear one?

I'd argue no. Because that's a state/local matter for the most part. Generally speaking, if I'm walking the neighborhood with my dog or riding my bike, I'm not gonna wear a mask. If I'm driving my car, I'm not gonna wear a mask. If I walk into a business, I'm gonna wear a mask regardless of requirements or lack thereof. Where it gets tricky is gatherings in public spaces. I don't know. I'm not gonna be a part of those gatherings. Too risky.

It's a good question though.
