The Saints have a very talented running back that got used very sparingly last season and you want to bring in another one who is wanting to get paid when the Saints may not pay or won't be able to pay Kamara what he will demand after this season.
They also brought in a bonafide #2 receiver who will probably take some of the pressure off of CGM#13 and if his targets and receptions aren't up to what he thinks they should be you can bet that you'll hear some squawking from him as well.
Having playmakers is a great thing but sometimes having too many playmakers can be a double edged sword!!
Mostert is a pretty good player but the Saints don't need him.
