Deonte Harris is apparently...

I am a firm believer in skill set and having that first and foremost, to play a certain sport! Deonte has the skill set. That is obvious. There are numerous and many others that have come and gone, that never transitioned to a pro player. With that said, the mental approach and how a player is able to apply his mental approach on to the field, is generally what makes the difference. Pierre Thomas, Colston come to mind. Taysum Hill as well. Speed is speed. Size is size and quickness is quickness. None of those can be taught. How a skilled player takes those three physical attributes and applies the coaching he receives to those, is huge!! And I believe, Harris has done what he needs to do, to be a star.
