Saints coach Sean Payton said he's seen "quite a bit" of growth from Year 1 to Year 2 for Harris, adding that "he's one of those players that's a little bit more mature beyond his years."
"It's up to us now, really, to continue to build and have packages for him," Payton said. "And get him more involved offensively, as well as in the kicking game."
Harris has the latter locked down — leading the NFL in punt returns, punt return yards and combined returns — but it's the former that needs more practice.
