How can you talk about Winston being a “turnover machine” in the same breath as advocating for Taysom, who had a 1.3/1 TD/INT ratio in College and is yet to throw a TD pass in the pros? Compared to Winston in College who had a 2.3/1 ratio?

Hill may or may not be an NFL-caliber starting QB (I suspect he won’t be) but Winston’s credentials are established. Hill turned the ball more frequently in College than Winston did in Tampa Bay.
