McRib (Update: It's Back!)

McRib looks nasty - I'm not eating that.

I did make a knockoff McRib once from a recipe on the internet. Pulled pork and rib meat in a food processor with sauce. It wasn't bad.

The concept of rib meat with BBQ sauce, pickles, and onions on a bun is a good one. But I'm not even sure that what McDonald's puts on the bun is technically meat although it may meet some FDA requirements to be called "meat."
