Payton called out Riveron more or less by name, and pushed for the PI review, which obviously the League INTENTIONALLY sabotaged. They absolutely intentionally sabotaged PI review. So, we will never know if it could work. And along the way they used the rule AGAINST us a few times to twist the knife/rub salt.

But clearly there is at the minimum bias, conscious or unconscious.
