Is it cheating when you go a month with a undiagnosed broken jaw and then get wired shut tho? Asking for a friend.
I've been sliding on my diet. Weight has gradually crept up. I was going to start a fast on Ash Wednesday, but Tuesday morning I stepped on the bathroom scale and my weight crept more than I thought. I want to get down to your Jan 29 weight or lower and maintain it. But it seems like my body wants to hang out around 170-172 when I'm eating reasonably. Tuesday morning I was 177+ so I started a new fast that day. Last meal was Monday evening. I'll see how long I can push this one and then for lent I'm going to try to do a no carb/sugar regime. On a side note, I have mixed feelings about our beloved OP, Tapxe. I'm so grateful for this thread and what I've learned from it. On the other side, I have to stay away from my favorite BTL Random Picture thread because he posts beautiful shots of delicious looking food. I can't go there mid-fast. So thanks, friend (this thread). And thanks for nothing, pal (Random Picture thread). ;)
