N/S Kinda! Ref Against New Orleans

After watching the Pelican/ Celtics game yesterday, I have come to realize that the Stripes hate New Orleans. Both teams get mauled and nothing gets called. Both also get a lot of penalties for phantom infractions. Yes, they both shoot themselves in the foot, but, I digress. What's the deal?
