Two other middle linebacker options besides Zaven Collins at 28: Jayson Oweh and Joseph Ossai

Look At Barr's, Urlacher's and Devin White's agility drills and vertical and compare it to Oweh.

Then look at his run stop numbers (best in class) and 4.3 sideline-to-sideline speed.

I'm pretty confident that he can make the switch to 4-3 linebacker.
Being an athlete and being able to move is one thing, having the know how to and technique to play a certain position is another. He may be a great LB in the NFL, but drafting “Project Players” in the 1st round is a luxury when your team is stacked, this year we are not. I get there are no sure things in the draft but if we pick him Oweh in the 1st to play out of position and he does fail then fans will be complaining about it like they do for us trading up for Davenport. If he played both positions at Penn St I could see the transition, but reading up on him he only played edge rusher. Also, reading all the scouting reports, none of them even mention him moving to LB as a consideration.
