Saints Training Camp Updates 8-10-21
A lot of things have gone wrong, but they honestly could be a lot worse. We went all in for a last attempt at a ring with Brees, and we could have had to let a lot more players go, but we were able to keep a lot of talent. I expect it might be bumpy for a little while, but I am still holding on to a little hope that it could be a good and exciting season.
Ha, the only thing that's keeping me calm is knowing we've won a handful of games without Brees. We played over half a season without Thomas, and even when he did play, he was playing hurt. Kamara, Jordan, and Morestead were also all playing hurt last season. Minus CB, we are still good on D. That's still a big problem, but our new coach was instrumental in building the Legion of Boom defense, and we re-signed Alexander.
