Patrick Robinson retiring

Heard something on talk radio the other day. The commentator was talking about long tenured vets being asked how they know when it's time to hang it up. He said the answer he's gotten most often was "I won't, they gonna have to tell me... then they're going to have to convince me". Maybe the coaches seen it and convinced him it was time?

or Maybe this is a case where his heart and mind are telling him he had another year left and his body told him, "nope, just 10 days of camp".

or Maybe he looked at the weather forecast for the next 3 weeks and saw triple digit heat indexes across the board.

Either way, he's had a heck of a career and I wish him all the luck in whatever his next chapter holds.
