Good points. I think the situation will work itself out. I think if the Saints got an offer that blew them away they'd more than likely take it, but the reality is that tension is high on both sides because he's not healthy and he's not here. Once he gets healthy and he's contributing, and a part of the team again, I think this will all fade away. But certainly won't be forgotten. Sean has proven that if you get on his bad side he will ship you out. I think he's being a little more patient with Mike because of how special of a player he is, and I do think that they're close.
