What do you expect from him? Want him to hop on the cart? Go for a little ride back into the facility, stay in their while they diagnose him?

Maybe they'll go for X-rays together. That way he's got the scoop immediately. Just for you. So you can therefore justify his pay.

Get a grip dude. The guy is out there reporting practice showing what he sees as it happens.
