Payton is definitely going to look at scoring plays and give extra weight there. Making your best plays in the redzone when points are on the line is critical to success. The team that scores the most wins.
You give extra weight to it being a condensed field and pressure situation. Many plays have that kind of consideration. 3rd down. Fighting against the clock. Using up the clock. Working with pressure on you. Etc.
I'm not going to give someone a clear win because they throw a TD. I'm going to grade a TD throw and add it up with everything else. I think Taysom's throw was a higher difficulty and better throw. I don't give him an edge because of it, I consider it a high positive along with Jameis's TD throw.
