Everyone completely ignoring that under what the cops knew at the time would have resulted in mandatory arrest of GABBY, not Brian. Either way, didn't cause her murder and wouldn't have prevented her murder. It's important data in the whole timeline, sure. But cops aren't judge and jury on the side of a road. THAT'S WHY THE CONSTITUTION IS SO IMPORTANT. We don't live in a police state. What Gabby needed was to be in therapy, and cops aren't therapists.
