I've been leaning toward one of Samsung's QLEDs. They are significantly less than the OLEDs that I have seen. I also want one that has the newer ATSC 3.0 tuner built it.
The local dimming helps give impressive black levels.
It's almost too bright at night. Especially in game mode. I'm sure I could tweak that.
Has a few annoying smart features, but it is impressive.
My only reservation with OLED is burn in. I had a plasma TV, so used to it. But it was a lot of work to stay ahead of burn in, and ghosting could be fixed with a white bar pass by. Not sure OLED has any tools to mitigate burn in.
Just avoid static images for long though. Gaming and some sports or ESPN becomes a problem.
