2022--The Year We Move Up for a QB

WR is the biggest need on the team right now. I’d love to see our first two picks used on WRs for a change instead of relying on post-draft FA rookie WRs to turn into serviceable receivers every single year. Drafting another QB to develop with the first pick doesn’t fill the hole at WR and won’t make the current active receivers better. We have a injury-prone superstar WR with no WR1/WR2 level playmakers behind him. WR is stalling the offense and should be the biggest priority next offseason.
Sorry, but I ain’t got the time to EVEN start looking at next year yet! 😂 Yeah, we’re ALL butthurt about losing a very winnable game yesterday. But we’re 2-2, with lotsa football, n at LEAST another 13 games, left to play! Let’s see what happens!

For example, one of the biggest complaints about our receivers so far this year was their inability to get separation. IMO there was some solid improvement in dat area yesterday, n it was a big reason why Jameis easily had his best passing day as a Saint so far! But it was only one game.

So IMO, one of the big “look fors” this week against Washington is to see whether their play against NY was jus an anomaly, or are Jameis n his receivers finally starting to jell a lil bit!

We’ll see!
