Young couple goes on van tour of US, boy comes back with van - no girl

Would be nice for whom? There are federal and state privacy acts that limit what information federal and state agencies can release about a person, including a dead person. And there's a history and good reasoning behind them.

I think, in this case, it is safe to accept their conclusion as factual. Why would they lie? I don't feel the need to see the autopsy report on every murder/suicide/accidental death that happens. When did we, the public, become so distrustful of EVERYTHING, that we can't accept an autopsy report? Now, if that guy had been a Senator and was in charge of some military oversight committee....then I think we should ask for a little more.

Valid points!

I personally like to view things from different perspectives, so if it's just from the media, that leaves doubt in my mind, to make any conclusions. Speculation is all there really is, when you don't have all the facts.

If you believe that Robert Lowry is dead by suicide, because that is what is reported officially, then I understand your reasoning. For myself, I need more evidence. Not trying to be difficult here, just questioning the story.
